THE PLAN
1400hrs to 1600hrs -- Arrive and check in etc...
1600hrs to 1830hrs -- Get food... the pub might do some, but I have no idea - basically sort yourselves out!!
1830hrs to 1930hrs -- Start to meet in the bar, have a couple of drinks for the road
1930hrs to 2015hrs -- Travel to York, no drink unfortunatly
2015hrs to 1045hrs -- Drinks around York, good 2.5hrs of drinking
1100hrs to 0200hrs -- In the nightclub we go for more drinking (expensive) and dancing
0200hrs to 0230hrs -- Get a subway or another method of food
0230hrs to 0330hrs -- Travel to the hotel, no drinking again
0330hrs to Whenever -- Either more drinking in the 24hrs bar or to bed, whichever you want!

Hope thats all ok with everyone?? The details for the Hotel is above... so get your directions sorted and I will see you all there between the times stated :thumbs:

Only thing Im not sure on is food before we go as not sure what to do etc... or if to just get maybe a subway or something quick and easy as soon as we get there?? Ive added time for it just dunno if and when etc...

Might have a plan for food on sat for those getting there early enough :D

Chans m&d are having a BBQ and we can also join in if we wanted.... get everyone booked into the hotel and then head in as little amount of cars as possible to Chans for say 1630hrs, get some food and head back to the hotel at around 1730hrs-1800hrs get ready etc... and then go out.

Meaning people that are arriving in the afternoon will get food and those late people (Si :P ) can get a mc'ds :D :lol:
