I just got them, and they look too good to be hidden behind the standard grill in the front doors. Is there any way apart from like in the tutorial with all the fibreglass etc to have them on the outside of the door card? just remove the grill?

I'm sure with a bit of smoothing around the edges they will sit in just fine.

might be worth getting some spare door cards so u get it right dount it would cost much
