6x9 install help [Archive]

Ok ive seen on a few forums that people dislike 6x9s, i only want a very simple install, im putting infinity 9630i 6x9s in a stealth shelf then i am thinking of some nice components in the front and NO sub.

Any thoughts? recommendations etc?

Not bad.. if yer not gettin a sub, then go for it, are u keepin the Standard HU?
Best to amp the Infinity gear (if thats why ya have/getting), they can deliver great sound if ya have em set up properly.
Personally , i have the infinity reference 6500CS components.. and they are really good..!

i have the infinity 6*9 9630's they are wonderful, mate has the same speakers and powers them with a rockford fosgate 501x amp and damn they are niiiice

defor amp the speakers and upgrade fronts :thumbs:

ive got a sony f7700 cd head unit 4x 54w output i think? can anyone recommend some nice speakers for the front?
