i bought 3packs of LED's (for speedo) off of some one on here(cant remember there name), and 2 of the packs dont work :roll: , so need to get some more, are these the right ones?

was he called COBRA148?

im not saying his stuff is dodgey, but he sells lots of LEDs and has negative feedback

no it wasnt, he had silver in his name something like starsilver? :s

ah rite.. have a look in the tutorial page, see if they look the same. I think there's a pic in the "channging LED" thread.

not a definate answer, but its a start.

how did u test them to see if they worked by the way? just hook them up to a 12vDC source?

i got someone to fit them into the back of the speedo and swopped them around and they didnt work

Did you try rotating them 180 degrees? they are polarity sensitive. iirc all the ones in the the speedo all have to be the right way round before any work, so you need to try them in all 9 combinations of polarity

i got the set of LEDs for the pre facelift when i ordered.!

they dont work in the MFD :(

yeh he was called Silver Star and on his pic he had a silver corsa with a carbon bonnet but was last online in april

If that dosnt work order the corsa pack of ACE LEDS they work and i have had no probs with them. brought my rear light leds of em to
