What do i need for my headunit?

Hi could someone please tell me what i need to fit my alpine 9855 in my corsa. I have the unit with some connection block at the back with wires coming out.the aerial is there too lol.do i need some plug to change it to fix a vauxhall? i also have an ipod adapter!
