As title says really, just a tutorial on how the do realistic CF on Photoshop. Supplied By NAM
First off save this image.

Now, Step 1,
Open the image you would like to use to do cf on, i am using a C2.
Step 2,
using the pen or polygonal lasso tool carefully select around the part you are going to cover in cf, i am doing the bonnet.

Now copy(ctrl + C) and Paste( Ctrl + P) this selection.
Step 3,
Now press ctrl + shift + U to desaturate the layer like this.

Step 4,
open the carbon image from the top of this tread, press ctrl + A and the copy (ctrl + C) then back to the image you working on, and paste (ctrl + P).
Now move this layer over the bonnet.

Step 5,
Now go to, Filter > distort > Twirl. When the box comes up type in 25% like this.

Step 6,
on the layer pallet hold ctrl click on the original bonnet layer and it will select the layer but DONT click the layer to make it active, once you have done this go to Select > Inverse then press delete and it should look like this.

Step 7,
Still having the carbon layer active on the layer pallet click this drop-down menu and select multiply.

Step 8,
select the bonnet layer, then click Image> Adjustments> Brightness/Contrast, then adjust the brightness acordinly so the carbon looks darkenough,

And there you have a carbon bonnet to finish you chop off.
