how do you clean your engine bay?

mine i hose down wash like the body work with shampoo and stuff, rinse and wipe down with wd40, how do you do yours guys?

yes mate you can jet wash or as tsj said steam clean, it dosent do the engine any harm what so ever, just dont let water get in places it shouldnt

water, hose, hot soapy water, hose, autoglym silicon stuff

jet washing it is fine i do mine all the time.
just make sure u dont directly hit the alternator

best to steam it... its much safer so that water doesnt get all into the parts it shudnt

Car shampoo should work its not as if your engines will be that dirty there not that old ( car in pic is a '03 !)

a lock of jizer and power hose the biatch. always told if you power hosin keep the engine runnin during and after for a while just to stop the water settling anywhere it shouldnt

my cars an 04 and has dun harly any miles and its coverd in crap lol, never dun it incase i oaked it and it wouldnt start again, will do next time thou........
