Looking to get a sat nav package for my car

I haven't got a clue about Sat Nav so need a little help, I have searched for previous posts, but still haven't a clue

I have seen 2 packages, from PC World (probably ripping me off, but I don't know of anywhere else)

1. HP IPAQ 2210 with TOM TOM 3 package £399.99

or

2. TOM TOm GO, plug n play Sat Nav £449.99

If anyone have any other suggestions or deals, and places to get them, let me know

If it's just sat nav you want, then you want the Tom Tom Go.

The Tom Tom software is the best on the market at the minute.
I mentioned in a thread before, I work for Dixons (i can hear insults coming my way  ) and have the HP2210 with Tom Tom (bluetooth GPS receiver) because I wanted pocket pc aswell...but if its just navigation you're after then the Tom Tom GO is the one.

You'll get it cheaper off the net than in Dixons/PC World...just bear in mind though that if you have a problem at all, you can't talk to anyone from the net or website you buy if from...same goes for technical faults aswell...which is why I bought it from the store I work in...after two years workin there you'd understand.

Answer: TOM TOM GO

I bought the h4150 IPAQ with BT and Wireless LAN for work and home as well, so that's the reason behind the better unit and greater cost. Using it with teh TomTom3 Bluetooth deived and TT3 software. Can't go wrong really IMO. Depends on what else you want to ise it for (Pocket PC etc)

Have a look at www.totalgps.co.uk or www.pdamods.com for more info
