cage has cut through wiring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey ppl my head unit randomly turned off and i took it out everything plugged in fine but i noticed the bk of the cage is well sharp and the wiring around that area has worn down.

its cut through the duck tape around the wires and then through the rubber and i can see all the copper wiring which looks like its been cut into, will i need new wiring from vaux need some advice as on wat to do....

tape up all the bare wires and then tape up all the harness with some insulation tape.will be ok aslong as none of the wires are touching

even if the wires have been vut through and i tape emm up will it still work????

yeah will be fine mate tape each wire up separately though.
