reversing lights

anyone had problems with the reversing lights? when i got my car they worked for a few days then strted coming on and off every now an again and now they just dont work. its not bulbs and i dont think its the fuse because i checked that, just going to make sure i checked the right one! anyone got ideas what it could be?

check your ground loop, can cause strange issues if not securely connected

Well if they keep coming on and off sounds like a loose wire. Where, I don’t know. But if it was a fuse issue, they would either work, or they wouldn’t. Has your car had any gear box done work lately? Maybe when they put in the plug that LIGHTS UP REVERSE IT WAS LOOSE?

dont want to sound stupid but how do i do that?

i have had the car for about 6 months, no work done in that time. they came on and off a few times and just have not worked at all for about 4 months. think its about time i fixed it!

where u buy it from? have the bulbs blown....? try the light plug... mine got shock out once.
