hey,loads of people got mint looking builds.just wondering I wanna make a white/black leather build.Bought the leather looks good, would it be safe to cover a sub box and how do you get it on,I got wadding should i just use a staple gun or nails.i ain't too good :doublethumbs:

It’s well hard covering the sub box with out nails/staples showing...

On my old build I just pulled all the fabric tight to the back of the box and stapled it round here... so the back looked scruffy, but no one sees the back.

You could try this?

Or you could try cutting squares to the right size and gluing it on.. would require lot of patience to get that right I think..

i have to agree with martin however if you have the money get the leather stitched into the shape of the sub box and then just pull if over it like a jumper:P then fix the sub in and fix it on the back where no-one can see

That would look good with stiching, black leather - white stiching
Where would you get that done though

Cheers yeah might have the bottom full of staples thinking about it,cheers for the advice though.Will post pics once its one

Cover You're Sub Box In A Thick Fleecy Towel First. Then It Makes The Material Look Better, And Doesnt Show The Harsh Edges Of The Wood Etc, Like Mine :d
