^^^ As above. I have tried the tricks to reset the service light onmy car, having had it serviced at a none vauxhall garage. When i hold the button and turn the key, the dash shows "INSP ----" flashing on the display, i then turn the key off and remove it, but the "INSP ---0" still comes up. Advice please

you have to wait a while, a few seconds i believe.

i don't know if this works but i heard that when u turn your car on press the reset button quickly then it should just come back up with the normal display

hmm dont short anything on obd port, not advisable, there is the paperclip method of getting fault codes etc....

I got full obd reader now & can reset engine warning lights etc, not sure if I can do service interval, if your going trax will give it a pop

Cheers for the offer wallace, but am not going to Trax :( Too much stuff goin on at the mo. I think there must be a gremlin in my car who keeps on turning it back on.
