the ps3 is sposed to b region free (like the psp). meaning that u can play games from any country.

Yeah and so it should do mate... the xbox 360 will have been out for 18 months when the PS3 finally gets here... so EVERYONE in thw world should expect it to be better. And to be fair it should be as they have spent **** loads more time than microsoft on it. They need to ensure their online service can match Xbox Live as the Xbox one just works as you know and you really cant fault it.
Now this is when Sony have to get it right and show people who have stayed loyal why they have stayed loyal... however I know this news is going to make alot of people get a 360 now ;)

The 360 is far more superior than the PS2 - what planet are you on?? The graphics are amazing I mean look at the latest Madden and the games out now are what should have been out from the begining they are brilliant.. And when Pro Evo gets here in a couple of months EVERY pro evo fan will prob get a 360 as its the only next gen console whos going to have the game... I mean whos going to wait 5 months for the PS3 to play it on when they can have it there and then on the 360.
I can understand from what it seems that you just love sony's arse :lol: And dont get me wrong I had both a PS2 and an xbox and the PS2 was far better imo as the games were better - however I now have a xobx 360 too and think thats far better than those. NOW come bloody march (if it happens) I will have a PS3 which "should" be better than anything before.

they are quality but ps3 is better cos they using blue cd's new form of cd's to store more memory for graphics etc so ps3 is pushing the gaming worlds boundaries more imo

il have you know ive had my ipod for 4 years never upgraded, had my mobile for 4 years aint upgraded and tv ive had for fook knows how many years lol so no i aint upgraded much yet :P

Well i have stayed outta the PS3 hoop-la until now. After ordering my new HDready Sony Bravia LCD tv i thought better get my ass in to pre-order a PS3 was hunting like a bitch.
Have registered with every online retailer to get my name down for one sson as possible but shopto.net u can preorder a 60gig one now so i have taken a pre-order out with them as daz likes them alot and they seem to have great service.

You won't get many places exporting to the EU due to sony making liksang bend over and grab their ankles for it. Sony have and will take any supplier to court if they are found to be shipping consoles to the EU from Asia or the States :/

Saw some ps3's yesterday at the Autosport International show
Didnt get a chance to play on 1 but they had f1 and a couple of other car games playing and the graphics were very good, id say a touch better than the xbox 360 but theres not much in it and I wouldnt pay £500 for one ! ! !

From what I saw the graphics are very good but not far off the 360's and I wouldnt pay the asking price for it which will be nearer the £500 mark with a game or 2
