i doubt it would fit under your seat, theres a high section, and i doubt it has 8cm clearance.
probably not enough room and where would you put the amp ?
It still has to be boxed... so u have to fit the box under your seat too... hmm doubt it would work
I was looking at slimline subs too as always having to use my boot space for my ice hockey bag. was looking at eh Alpine swd1600 - anyone know if its any good; it has the amp built in so that solves one prob as well. Would it fit under the passenger seat????

i have had a look at the slim line subs in some shops they aint all that for sound quolity i think,
atm,. the idea is fairly new. you wont get a decent slim line sub for a while will give a bit of a thud, but no SQ SPL qualities. the only good point about them is size.
