Rear Fog Lights

Can anyone help me i was going to take my rear fog lights out to tint them but don't know where to start,how do you get them out,cheers.

i tinted mine by leaving them on just mask around them

take bumper off tho by removing 4 t30 screws under boot, then 10mm in each rear arch then clips underneath, then t20 to remove fogs
