Hi, just a real quicky... been searching for ages to try and find some info on how to wire a power cap.

I think I saw a diagram on here showing how to wire one in but I can't find it some any help would be great thanks!

I have searched so sorry if this has been asked a million times mods :P

although the capacitor wont solve any power issues u have. it could just make it worse by adding stress...

I've also heard before you use a power cap you have to charge it or something? How do you go about doing this... don't fancy losing my boot lid into orbit or somethng if it blows :D

dont earth with the amp, earth some one else. VERY important :thumbs:

Right, so don't connect the earth cable to the same place that I've connected the amp to yeah?

Also, do you have to precharge them or can you just connect they straight in?

Well, it's just cos i've seen them on other websites saying you need to precharge them but I don't think you need to :S

you may need too.. but i dont see why.. otherwise everyimte it went flat you'd need to charge it again... and the alternator charges it anyway :\

you could do just to be sure. i wont when i get mine :lol:
