Best headunit

I was wondering if u nice people could recommend a good head units.
I would like it to feature the following list:
Be alpine
under £200
Ipod connection or ipod adaptor ready
sub output
preferably front output for an amp when i amp my front speakers

you know your budget, so find the one that does what you want as close to that price... nothing we can do, as you have already specified it must be alpine, so we cant show u pionner, nakamichi, rocky etc..
