Alpine Type R Sub

Has anyone got an Alpine Type R sub in there setup? Am going to purchase the following http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/5379.html

I would prefer sound quality rather then loads of bass, so is this a good option

i have a ten inch type r. its very bassy and loud, i have a 760 watt alpine amp.

you wont be dissapointed

edit. what i mean is its more than too much bass when i want it to be, and is very good quality. Its good for SQ, and has more than enough SPL for me :D.

i have x2 12"'s type R's with and Alpine MRD-1005:D
