Do you want to explain what you actually want to do? Are you trying to connect to the car through the ODBII port? what interface you bought?

Please explain as your post so far means nothing :?

had this problem when fitting my head unit. basically the special adapter lead that i assume youve bought for about 25 quid doesnt work. well its because there is no actual live wire to the head unit. it sounds like it is because its makin that clickin noise wen you try and switch it on but there isnt a propa feed. gota find a live on yur wiring harness and connect it to a specific lead on the adapter plug. you have to find the correct lead or BANG. lol.

There'll be any number of auto electricians in the Yellow Pages or local phone book.
