Fitted total closure unit

Fitted my total closure unit today, works ok but..

when i dead lock the car the first time the windows go up and the car deadlocks but the alarm does not set..

if i unlock the car again and lock it the alarms sets

any ideas?

yeah i think its wired wrong.
