tubes r attached under the car. You should get plastic clips that wrap around the tube then you screw the clips to the unside of the car with self tapping screws.
But ive learnt from experience dont bother with them they'll just break or something will happen.
i had them the remains of the side tubes are still there. they screw into the underside of the side skirts. and the front one i held on with cable ties to the underside crash abr i think . but the wires got eroded away on the metal and i broke the front one. also there is nowhere to mount the rear neon unless you have like an extension. so i really wouldnt recomend these. unless your desperate to have them

well im not despirate, just i got them at a great price ages ago, and there sitting in the garage, and noone wants to buy them so i thought i mite aswell. ill be taping every wire to try and stop it getting ripped/melted for the front or generally damaged.
the wiring it sweet, i can do that, but the mounting is just self tappers into the skirts?? will they not be visible??
was thinking on making small brackets for the front and rear, then cut a very small section out of the back, near the spare tyre well...

when you do fit them make sure that the tubes will not be visible when on.
when i had my old punto with blue neons i got pulled for having them on whilst driving about but he said he only stopped me because you can see the rear tube. i asked if i moved it so that the tube was not visible would i be ok and he said thats fine. never got stopped after that.
however eventually they did f**k up, wires split and water got in one of the tubes and shagged it. i sold the car but didnt tell it had neons on, couldnt be bothered to get them fixed! lol.
the plastic clips i got to secure that kept snapping and eventually ended up with just one at each end holding them on so me and my dad made some metal brakets out of some flat bits of metal and tie rapped them to theses. they were well solid after that. must admit they do look good on a kitted car but if its standard i think it looks abit chavvy. hope this helps dude.
as requested here are some pics of the mounting points i used
