Clifford remote start help

Got the remote start feature nd im well chuffed but thers a small problem.

Basically i run a sequence of events wen remote starting, which is remote start first then disarming alarm. However wen i disarm the alarm the lock do not open because it is a feature on corsa that wen the ignition is on the doors will not unlock. This means that the remote key doesnt work either which means that altho i look nice and slick with a remote start i still have to use key in the lock to open the doors!!!

Basically wot im askin here is does ne1 kno how to diable this feature on the corsa. That is the feature which prevents the remote on the standard key working while the igntion is on?????

I would have thought that if it can be programmed to be done, then it will be possible to have the setting changed in the BCM - so a dealer would have to do it.

But I think it's just a technical limitation of the system (not being able to unlock remotely once the engine has been started) - although not 100% sure of this.

i have the clifford remote start mine opens fine! cant u take it back to who fitted the alarm???

mmmmm,,,,,,ye i can take it back to him i guess. but he kinda mentioned that it was part fo the cars system. nd i was jus wonderin if it was sumthin that was even possible to do.

So r u sure ur clifford opens the locks AFTER the engine has started?

i have simaler problem withmy boot popper. i hsave to turn the ignition of to open my boot once parked up and i want to show ppl my system.
