Ok im off to france tomorrow.
If I where to spot a 'bargain' say alpine hu over there, would it all be fine n dandy over here? assuming you can change language on the headunit etc? :shrug:

yeah i think all alpine europe products are basically the same apart from as you say the language thing
lol. yeah the language thing will be gay.
you'd need an english fascia for it, and as we all know getting them costs as much as a new hu, to stop people nicking stereos etc.
or just learn french :shrug:

American HUs don't work the same as ours, I believe the tuner would be different.
they work. but the radio is .2 instead of .1 iirc

yup its .2 on american H/U's i got an american alpine. can still get radio one and galaxy fine tho, so thats all that matters.

i doubt it bout the language setting.
maybe ur rite thou, they mite just be english text menus, best to check in a shop
