alright lads ive got a problem I bought a bass controller off Greame and he said it would fit in the bottom compartment below the headunit.
It doesnt fit in mine but I know that there are TWO types, one with a large hole and one with a smaller one (mine)
where can I get this larger one? (current one is autoleads)
cheers
although IMO, id put the bass controller on ebay...

although IMO, id put the bass controller on ebay...
Care to explain why...?
Care to explain why...?
i would say search... but ill explain...
gain isnt volume. gain is a potentiometer to match the amps volt level input to that of the HU level out put. So, the hu has a 4volt out put, you turn the dial to about 4 volts. simple... why on earth you want to have a bass controler, and turn the signal up i have no idea. it will cause the signal to turn into a sqaure wave and start clipping. you should set the gains, and then cut the knob off.
no worries. i shouldve explained myself properly instead of just coming accross as an arragont dick
i've got both in my hand right now; can catagorically say that the compartment on the Autoleads one is much bigger than the Vauxhall one!!!! Hope this helps
