Hey guys,

i've made a complete hash of things :(

my dash lights stopped workin wen i tried to put some blue bulbs in place of the standard ones, so i set my self on finding what had happend, and found that while twisting in one of the bulbs i'd cut up some circuit board :( by this time it was gettin dark so i put it all back together and left it to sort another day, well yesterday that day came, and as i took the circuit board out of the unit i kind of tore of the milage lcd (oops) and after putting it back the car starts :) so i can go to work, but the lcd (which i taped back on) displays some digits but not all, and none i repeat none of the needles move, and the lights dont work, but the indicator lights, and spot/fog light lights light up. i am guessing i need a new unit, but i was told they arent just plug and play.
is my wallet going to hurt? a
nd what do i do :(

Hello mate, I had this problem with my dials cost me £130 inc. labour from vauxhall. reason is they have to program it to ur immobiliser and transfer ur millage and crap like that. Part itself is 90 odd.

hope that helps, they did mine in 2 hours. :(
