Anyone got any ideas on how to extend the wires without losing power to the neons? Every time I'd tried to extend these wires, the neons dim and are not as bright as they should be.

have you tried soldering them? if they have no power or are dimmer mabie you have a bad connection

mine did this. are you extending wires after or before the invertor. whichever one it is, do the other.

Correct i think, only got basic electronics knowledge though!

The inverter send just the right amount of power along the wires to the neons so if you extend the wires then the power is spreading too far (i think).

So yeah, you can extend the power wire but not the neons wire (light i think). If your trying to do what i think your doing and installing the neons in footwell and have the inverter somewhere hidden away near the cig lighter you might have to compromise a little and either have the invereter closer to the neons or extend the wires but only a little bit?

Or maybe you can get something that ups the power in the invereter, but i really dont ahve a clue how or what would do that. sorry lol
