my friend has a corsa 06 sxi+ and will i need a adaptor to fit in to my stereo becuase the back is of the stereo is qwiet diffrent

oh and a nother thing is i inserted my screwdriver inside the holes in his corsa 06 sxi der seems 2 be no screws inside do they all cum with a screw inside
