Cigarette Lighter Fuse Blown

can anyone tell me which fuse it is for the cigarette lighter? cigarette lighter isnt working so i cant wire up my footwell neon's. which row and column is it in? :) my hand book is at my dad's house so i cant look in that at the moment.

lol sorry i i didnt see that. just checked and reverse lights dont work either. its got to be the fuse then yeh?
