DVD Headunits and screens

Looking into buying a headunit with a motorised screen included, or (as its for the astra) I think I have room for a headunit and a seperate screen above.

I'm on a budget, and for my uses I can't justify spending a lot of money on one. I'm therefore putting a £300 limit on it.

I've seen this:

Can also put freeview on it for an extra £32 so this sounds like a bargain to me, plus it has 12 month warranty.

Anyone else have any other suggestions/recommendations?

Hmm not sure, one of the pics looks like it has the face off but its probably just standing on its end.

Just noticed its touchscreen too, thats a good thing isn't it lol.

id go for it mate if you can spare the cash.

the english doesnt look amazing but for £250 i wouldnt complain.

if its crap you can always stick it on the bay and make your money back.

if its good then ill get one as well but being a student i cant afford to buy things willy nilly like.

I probably will go for it later in the month, as you say I can always get most of the cash back on ebay if its crap. Plus if it breaks its under warranty which is good.

Its either £300 on that or exterior mods (exhaust, grille, springs), just not sure what I want to do yet :dontknow:

well look at it this way you sit inside the car so you would probably appreciate it more than exterior mods. and if its any good youll be able to use it in future cars.

Hmm good call, you've probably made up my mind. Would be ideal to watch a DVD or whatever on my breaks at work!

I'll buy one towards the end of the month me thinks, I'll post some pics once I get it all fitted :doublethumbs:

argh...that unit looks really good aswell.was jus what i was after but cud be more hassle than its worth with the fascia not comming off init. So what are you thoughts on it. Goona buy it??
