Hi,
I am looking to buy a sub and amp for my corsa but i have no clue where to start..?
Im not sure whether to go for active or passive box?
Im looking to spend under £300 for both the sub and amp combined...
please can you suggest what sub and what amp i get and where from?

also...i have got infinity 6.5" thingys in the front now...but is it possible to change the speakers at the back to the sides of the parcel shelf?
and also is it possible to change the tweeters in the front?
please let me know is so and what to get?
im a complete novice at this electrical stuff...

umm both...?
sorry i dont need it super loud but would like to be able to crank it up and shake the car a little but not bad quality

right....
gota sort this out....
just cause you go one way or the other (sq or SPL) it doesnt mean you dont have ANY of the other. For example, my RE SX12 sub was SPL, yet it still had great quality because of the box...
by the sounds of things, you want loud bass...

iv got the jvc touch screen head unit..cant be bothered to look up the model number now.
ive got a few more questions sorry...on my settings should i have more sound going to the front two speakers as these are upgraded?
should i get this installed prfesionally or by myself?
and what tweeters do you reccomend.

Yeah, its a ported box. That hole is the port, where the air/sound comes out of
Well move more to the front if the rears cant handle it... Personal preferenace really buddy
You may aswell leave the tweeters tbh mate. Lots of hassle envolved in changing them, and not really worth it if you only going to put halford specials in tbh.
I'd fit it myself if i was you. follow the ice sticky on here, and post in here if you get stuck.
