Angel Eyes Problem

got these today off ebay, and one of the clips at the top is broken. The one on the left side, will this be a problem its the smaller clip..

good. i got them off somebody from here. and he said the clip was fixed but don't think it was. if im wrong then sorry, but it still looks broke
