Customer Service Executive – New Business

Customer Service Executive – Account Development
We are urgently looking for a Customer Service Exec-Account Manager to manage customer relationships to an exceptionally high standard. The account manager will have the ability to identify customer opportunities and work on these to maximise customer growth and retention.You will take ownership of allocated tasks ensuring that all enquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently and to the customers satisfaction.The account manager will have excellent communication and negotiation skills are required with an ability to emphathise with the target audience.You will have an excellent tele manner and must be an active listener with the intuition to recognise potential issues/opportunities. Salary £17,900

Working hours are either:-

Ian. No its not a contract Job. It's a client of mine through work have 2 positions available and seeing as they are local I thought I'd post it up on here. Job is based in Caldecotte Business Park (next to the Lake) just off the A5.

There is no age limit really. I would suggest that any applicant needs to ideally have some telephone/call centre experience behind them. No harm in sending in a CV though and letting me put it forward. (plus it would give me yr g/f's phone number......... :yippe: )
