front speaker help

i have just went and bought some alpine 13cm front speekers but they look smaller than the standard ones and by lookin at the standard speeker it doesnt look like its comin out of the adapter(surround)...iv looked at the tutorial but i just got alpine speekers thinkin thats all i need,do i need anythin else or should i get bigger speekers?.....help

Why didnt you research it and get some decent 17cm front comps with adaptors that would fit :dontknow:

because i aint got rakes of money to start with...i have a expensive girlfriend and i just wantin better speakers up the front....

You can get cheap 17cm comps that are good. Look at the infinity reference range
