what does one of these actually do?

im probably looking to use a 500wrms amp and a 75x4rms amp in a setup i am putting together, can somebody recommend me one (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product_list/c_path/48_215_291/spd/fuse-holders-distribution-blocks.html (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product_list/c_path/48_215_291/spd/fuse-holders-distribution-blocks.html)),

im not looking to spend an awful amount of money tbh so any help would be great.

ive got an autoleads one if you want it £10 delivered?
drop me a pm
