could get 3 points and a fine per bulb if the police are feeling in a bad mood

honestly thot it was just a fine at worse or get told to take them out

70% of the time the police wouldn't pick up on it, unless they were checking your car for illegal things

25% of the time you would get told to take them out (so keep your originals with you)

5% of the time you may get a fine or points....if you argue.

But in theory they could give you points and a fine for each bulb


Just keep your bulbs with you and don't be smart if they tell you to change them
