M3 Mirrors?

Right hiya ive got some M3 mirrors (not sri ones)
ive managed to wire drivers side up no probs , but the other side i cnt get right

There are 3 wires coming of my M3 mirrors any 1 else fitted a set of this and had the same problem and knws how to get round it?

Thanks but i just sorted it i 4got to connect the 2 black and red wires on drivers 2getha:)
