I recently changed my front fog light bulbs to the ultra 1s. pt em in and all was fine 4 a week or so, then the 1 on the left went out. i gave the light a little tap an it came on. the same happend again, i taped it again an it flash since thn has not been working. jacked teh car up 2day to checl the connections and bulb. bulb works fine. and connections were all in. any ideas
