Ok, heres a simple photoshop skill to learn, simple but effective.....
first, open your pic that you want to add the lights to

then select: filter, render, lens flare

Now a box should appear, i usually choose 35mm or 105mm prime as they look more realistic, then select on the mini image of your car where you want the light to be, now choose the brightness

Once youve done this and clicked 'ok' it should look something similar to the image below

Simply repeat the previous steps for the second light but obviously move the light on the mini image

click 'ok' as all of the setting should be the same as the previous time you done it (brigtness etc.) and there you have it
