Roof mount screens...

Hey all,

Looking at getting a roof mount screen, but as our interior light is so far forward, I was wondering if its possible to mount the screens more towards the back of the car in the middle.

Is there brackets or anything there and has anyone done this yet?

i would guess the roof has pressed steel ribs to keep its rigidity, weld/bolt/bond a pair of brackets between two central ribs and mount to the brackets.

yeah something should be there, but we havent had a proper look yet.

most are mounted using the brackets and parts from the existing light. this is too close for a 15" screen :D

just got myself a roof mounted screen. have a go fitting it and let yous know how i get on!
