Towbar Electrics

I have just ordered a Bosal detachable towbar, with single electrics. Are there any pitfalls I should be aware of when doing the electrics? :?

had to buy a kit for mine from vaux which included an extra flasher unit as when wired direct to car causes overload and slower flash rate
