You can connect as many subs to an amp as you want, as long as it supports the overal load.

I used to own a VP4 powering two Alpine type r's, it was alright, but the subs weren't as loud as when I had a 800w rms Audiobahn amp powering it. So it's overrated.

Also, it is well known that VP4s are unreliable and many many of them have blown at some point.

I take it the marketing ploy of a certain ICE shop on ebay has caught your eye with that 'can power upto 4 subs' useless information ;)

Anyway, I can tell you how to wire your subs up to 1 ohm for any amp. What subs are they mate

iirc that twin enclosure is around 1000w rms but never found/heard of a precise figure. It doesn't really matter anyway, as I would never give them less than 1000w if I owned them. It seems they are a good match for the amp then.

If they are in the vibe twin port enclosure then the subs will be loud and drop low.

Oh, and here's a good wiring site mate:

They will need to be 4 ohm Dual Voice coil therefore, or, 2 ohm SVC. :)
