Help With Amp And Comps

I'm looking at gettin some comp speakers and an amp.

nothin TOO good as i already have some in the doors these are for the footwell panels each side with the help of some fibreglass

My question, would these comps be ok for sound?
And would this amp be powerfull enough? (if not any alternatives, but not much extra cash)

Just for clarification - you already have comps up front and you are adding a second set?

yeh i think they're components, not hugely sure i'll have to check later. Could u let me know both ways tho please
