front fogs??

on my car fogs dont come as standard, so i was just wondring if the wiring loom would be in my car or would i have to buy one?? as i want forgs lol ive been told there should already be one in there??!! any help would be apreciated

You would need the upgraded wiring loom.

At the front of your car where the fog lights go, do you have three sections (like in my avatar) or one long continuous section? :)

And luckily for you, I also drive a 1.0 Life and I put foglights in mine.

So its definitely possible and I have all the part numbers too :D

It cost me £111.92 using second hand and brand new parts.

Brand new you're looking at about £250.

The definitive FACELIFT front fog lights part list:

SRi Lower Grills (Parts: 13140016, 13136977, 13136878)
Wiring Loom (Part: 24415567)
15 Amp Mini Fuse (Part: 91153943)
Number 17 Black Pole Relay (Part: 24435922)
Headlight Switch Unit (Part: 9138120)
Fog Light Dash Bulb (Part: 90563896) (Optional)

The other two *slightly* important bits are the two fog lights.

They are different for facelift and prefacelift models.

The facelift front fog lights are just over £140 for the pair.

But you can pick them up much cheaper on here and on eBay.

When I go in now the bloke behind the desk (usually Andrew) says,

Mine was £14ish I think.

Just find someone who has upgraded theirs to the coloured LED ones :D

Not really.

I paid £30 for the grills and £30 for the loom, fuse and relay.

You'll struggle to find them second hand.

So £60 in Vauxhall brand new bits for me.

And then £40 for some second hand fogs and £15ish for the switch.

They're cheaper from Vauxhall.

And also, the part number I gave you is for the SRi (top model) ones.

ahh right, there much difference between standard and sri??
just a bit strapped for cash atm, im gunna get stuck when it comes to fitting them aswell is it hard to fit them?
