my cars been at the ice shop for 4 hours now, getting a viper 480xv with lcd pager and dual proximity sensors. the shop said that they charge extra for fitting the dual prox, so now the total cost is 380 fitted. just wondered whether it is usual for fitters to charge extra for fitting add ons? fitting the dual prox is gonna cost an extra 40 quid as i bought the prox for £40, but just kicking myself cos i always thought that the fitting cost included any other add ons, but reading other posts seems to show that they charge extra?

is it the one with the colour screen pager? if so i already saw it, but it was £100 more than my one. tbh 100 quid is alot of money for a colour screen lol. woulda come to £480 instead of £380. needed it asap as well
