Another Boot Popper Question

I have installed the boot popper and it works fine, but at the moment someone has to be pulling up on the boot while i push the button. This is because if there is no force pulling the boot up it gets caught on the latch. How do others have it so that the boot pops passed the latch?? Cheers.

there is a way around it mate...because mine is the same! as you saw! you need to buy some adapter thing cant rember what its called but i will find out gonna get mine redone soon....only about £15.

whats the price of these and how hard is it to do is it worth doing yourself or pro cos obv will need to remove to the boot handleand do the smoothing or can you do it without taking the boot handle off

i thought people just used a heavy duty spring to pass the latch when pressed :\
