Will power them yea but not good mate, that amp doesnt produce enough power to run the components @ there RMS watts let alone both.
Get a Amp and components then maybe buy a Active sub?

Give us a budget and we'll sort you out.
i.e.:

and
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/dynamics-sd62-p-5523.html
would do you.
A better amp and much better speakers. These speakers are being hailed as good bassy comps for the money so you may chang your mind about the 6x9s.

im only a student lol i only got bout £100 to spend on audio at the moment, plus im keepin me standard hu so only certain amps will work with it as i dont have to convert any cables to work with the Vibe amp. so, yeah got £100 to spend as i jus shelled out 4k on the car!

I'd recommend saving up, because you're not going to get great kit for that price.
This is good kit on a budget and it has high level inputs so it will work with the standard HU:

http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/dyna...62-p-5523.html
If you really want 6x9s then this probably a better choice, but neither this, nor the kit you originally posted, will be up to running comps at the same time.

cheers for the input mate, will running comps of the amp be better than using 6x9s and no comps? basically which are better 6x9s or comps?

I would recommend amped comps because they sound much better than the standard speakers in terms of volume and sound quality. 6x9s would only add more to the bass range which would leave the top end still sounding rubbish.
It depends what you want to do really, but the comps are probably the best place to start.
If you want to add 6x9s or a sub later, then get the kit I suggested first, if you don't then you can save a tenner and get the second suggested kit (the only difference is the second one is the 2 channel version of the amp whereas the first is the 4 channel version)

im just really after a bit of bass thats why i thought an amp and 6x9s wud be the best way to go. if the amp will struggle to power comps then i will just add some co-axials in the front for clarity over the standard setup. what do you think of that? good or not? cheers

Just get the 6x9s then. There isn't much point replacing the front end with budget co-axials if your not going to amp them.
