Does anyone know if i can or how to unpair my cd30 radio from my car? also how do i go about decoding it?? its 06 reg and uses a can bus system,(so ive been told) so will it be easy to add my after market H/u or will i need something else to make it all work??

unpairing it from your car can be done. take it to vx and see what they say.
you need the right cables to connect the aftermarket unit, but its pretty straightforward

does it have to be done a vx dealer?? if not, if i just take it out and save it for when i sell my car is it as simple as just putting the radio back and entering the code to make it work??
