Battery dead

Hi guys

Having a bit of a problem with the car at the moment as the battery keeps dying. This has happened for a few days and every time i try and start the car there are no lights on the dash-nothing. Anyway get the jump leds out and it starts fine but evertime i jump it the stereo is on even though ive switched it off.

Disconnected the steroe and it seems to start fine. Any ideas what the prolem may be?

Bad earth ?

Check all the connections at the back of the head unit. Do you have amps ?

Ye i have two amps i have checked the connections but there is nothing wrong that i can see. Had the sameinstall for about 6 weeks and not had any problems untill now

Check the remote wire from the head unit is switching the amps on and off correctly. Otherwise they might be staying permantly on, which will drain the battery

Make sure when the HU is off, the amps are off and vice versa :thumbs:

batterys ****ed like mine dont have ur car off with choons on... split charge relay when i get round to it...
