My 53plate Sxi doesnt have one like this, it simple has the bog standard light flush to the roof. Anyone know if these can be bought from Vx and installed, and how much there worth?

no it won't thats a pre-facelift light and you've got a facelift so without butchering the headlining you've got no chance.
