I've paid him money as a deposit, he told me he wasn't selling it any more, agreed to give me my deposit back and now has ****ed off.

I've opened a dispute on Paypal now because it's just ridiculous.

Seemed like an alright guy too.

Obviously have an address as paid throgh paypal, no number though.

It's just annoying that he has blatantly seen my PM's and emails as i know he is active.

well before sending money(i know its too late now) i would make sure i had a mobile or landline number that was genuine, address is semi useful as you could pay him a visit?

Just didn't expect him to **** off like this, he is on MSN now but on that "mobile" bit so i can't contact him.
I'm just going to let paypal sort it out now.
